Mobile Banking
Mobile Banking is another way the FFCOCU can keep you connected to all your account information. Once you have set up your online banking account through your PC, you can download the Firefighters & Company Mobile app to securely view your accounts, transfer funds, and pay bills all from the convenience of your smart phone. And you can even deposit checks to your checking account through your mobile app by requesting Remote Deposit Capture!
Log in to online banking, click on the "Self Service" tab and then click on "Mobile Money" or you can download the app from your iPhone or Android phone
(You must be actively enrolled in online banking.)
Don't have a smart phone? You can sign up for text banking.
Download the app for your phone below. Use the same User ID and Security Code on the app as you do for online banking:
- Search for "Firefighters & Company Mobile" on the App store or Google Play
- Install the App
- Enter Username (Make sure the Logon ID/Username is a minimum of 6 digits/characters
- use 00 before your account number if you use your account number as your Logon ID/Username ex. 00XXXX.) - Enter the Answer to the challenge question (case sensitive)
- Enter your Security Code (password)
Security Information- Mobile Banking is safe. The system uses a multi factor authentication, something you know (your password to get in to online banking) and something you have (your registered cell phone). Your online banking will only respond if the request comes from your registered phone and we will only send information to your registered phone. If you get a new phone, you must go into online banking from your PC, go to Self Service, Mobile Money and choose the "stop using this device" and download the app to your new phone.
