How can I get my Firefighters and Company Federal Credit Union (FFCOCU) account number?
Your account will be opened and available as of Tuesday September 4, 2018 with your Firefighters and Company Federal Credit Union. A mailing was sent out to each SHFCU member to help you determine your new account number. You can also get your new account number by calling 937-252-7477 or 937-228-1614.

How can I access my money?
The FFCOCU has many convenient ways to access your money. Please bring your valid driver's license to the branch so we can identify your account.

You can visit the office located next to the Smith Building on St. Helen Parish grounds. This office is open Monday through Thursday 10am-2pm and Sundays 9am-12pm. The office will be closed on Sunday September 2, 2018 for the system conversion. The office will be closed for all Federal holidays.

You can visit the main office located in the Oregon District in Dayton Ohio. The address is 338 South Patterson Blvd. Dayton, Ohio 45402. The office is open Monday through Friday 10am-6pm (except Federal holidays) and we have a drive-thru as well for your convenience. Need help finding us, visit our Hours & Location page.
Shared Branching
Go to sharedbranching.org to find the closest shared branch location near you. All you need to do is to visit one of the shared branching locations with your valid driver’s license, your new FFCOCU account number and the name of your credit union (Firefighters and Company Federal Credit Union). You can make a deposit, make a withdrawal, make a loan payment and cash a check at any shared branching location for free. There are over 40 locations in the Dayton and surrounding area for your convenience.
ATM Access
When you have a Firefighters and Company Federal Credit Union ATM card, you have access to several no surcharge ATMs. There are several no surcharge ATMs in the Alliance One network and CULIANCE network. Below, you can click on the links to find the closest no surcharge ATM to your home or work.

How do I get an ATM/Debit card?
You can call the credit union at 937-228-1614 or fill out the application, sign and fax it to 937-228-0068 or scan and e-mail it to staff@ffcocu.org. ATM/Debit cards usually take about 7-10 business days to arrive. Once you receive your ATM/Debit card, please use your PIN number you requested on the form to activate the card at an ATM or call us at 937-228-1614 to activate your card. The debit part of the ATM/Debit cards are tied to a checking account only. If you would like to use your ATM/Debit card as a debit card, you can open a checking account with the FFCOCU and request debit access from your checking.
How can I check my balances?
You can check your account balances several ways. You can call the credit union at 937-252-7477 or 937-228-1614, enroll in online banking and then mobile banking (if you want account access on your phone) or use your phone to check your balances through Home Audio Link (H.A.L). To check your balances by phone, call 1-800-285-2947. You just need your FFCOCU account number and a PIN. To get started use your last 4 digits of your social security number as your temporary PIN. You will then be prompted to change your PIN to a more secure 4 digit PIN number. Follow the prompts to check your account balances in all of your accounts. If you need assistance in setting up online banking or accessing your account balances, please call the credit union for assistance.
How do I pay my loan payments?
You will continue to pay your loan payments like you did with your SHFCU. If you would like to change anything, please contact 937-228-1614. If you would like to mail in your payments, you can mail them to the St. Helen branch or the main office.

How will my ACH payments and payroll deposit work?
Any ACH /Electronic payments or deposits like your payroll, should come into or out of your new FFCOCU account just like you had set up with your SHFCU account. If you have any automatic deposits or withdrawals set up previously from your account, please notify the sender or receiver with the name Firefighters and Company Federal Credit Union, routing and transit number (2422-7782-4) and your new FFCOCU account number. What is FFCOCU's routing and transit number?
The FFCOCU Routing and Transit Number is 2422-7782-4. Use the routing number along with your FFCOCU account number to set up a payroll, direct deposit or ACH.
Can I set up my account online?
Yes. Once you know your account number with FFCOCU, you can enroll for online banking and then mobile banking.
Who is the Firefighters and Company Federal Credit Union?
The Firefighters and Company Federal Credit Union was organized as the "Dayton (Ohio) Firemen Federal Credit Union" on the 4th day of June, 1935. The charter members-all fire department employees-applied for permission to organize and operate a Federal Credit Union. The field of membership-"any active or pensioned employee of Dayton, Ohio Fire Department and Department of Telegraph and Signals; employees of this credit union; members of their immediate family; and any association of such employees"-remained intact for over 68 years. In September 2003, we were able to open our services to anyone that lives, works, worships, or attends school in Montgomery County of Ohio. As of September 2016, membership benefits included Greene and Miami County!
