Our remodel is done and we're very excited to invite you back to the branch! Thank-you so much for your patience and understanding. You are the BEST members! You are going to love the new look. Along with the new look, you may see some changes that were implemented to protect our members and staff due to COVID-19.

We will be adhering to the CDC and State of Ohio guidelines. We will require all members and staff to wear masks as directed by our Governor. We will maintain social distance, including monitoring the number of members in each branch lobby. We will frequently clean and sanitize workstations and high touch surfaces. Our main priority is the safety of our members and staff.

Remember if you can do your transaction online or by phone, please continue to do so.

Downtown Branch - 338 South Patterson Blvd. Dayton, OH 45402
The branch will be open Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm in both the lobby and the drive thru.

Monarch Branch - 170 Monarch Lane Miamisburg, OH 45342
The branch and window will be open Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm.
The new phone number for Monarch will be 937-228-1614. All calls will come in through the main branch number and can be directed to a specific staff member, department or branch. The new fax number for Monarch is 937-633-0116.


Please remember we have several options to access your accounts electronically and by telephone. We encourage our members to choose this option as much as possible during COVID-19. Call us if you need help setting up your account.

  • Online Banking/Mobile Banking - You can check balances, transfer money, etc. If you are not set up, you can enroll online.
  • Remote Deposit Capture - Once you have contacted the credit union for this service and been set up, you can deposit your checks by phone into your checking account through our mobile banking app.
  • ATM/Debit Card Access - Use your debit card or ATM to access your accounts at merchants or through the ATM.
  • Telephone Access - Call the branch at 937-228-1614.
  • Home Audio Link (H.A.L) - Call 800-285-2947 to hear your balances, transfer money, etc. To set up H.A.L., use your account number and the last 4 digits of your social security number as your PIN. You will then be prompted to change your PIN.
  • Loan applications online - You can apply online at ffcocu.org or call us at the credit union at 937-228-1614 to take an app over the phone. We can close loans electronically with electronic signature.

We are excited to welcome our members back to our lobbies, but our main priority is the safety of our members and employees. As always, your credit union is financially sound, federally insured and ready and able to serve your financial needs. Thank-you for your continued business.
