If you currently have a debit card with MFCU, it will not work after January 27, 2020. You will receive a separate mailing that will include your new FFCOCU debit card and information pertaining to that new card. You should receive this new card, prior to the weekend of February 1, 2020. Your PIN number will be your four-digit birth year and will require activation at either an ATM machine or by contacting us. If you want to change this code to something else, you may do so at an ATM machine that offers this service or by contacting us at 937- 228-1614.

Please make sure you plan on having sufficient cash on hand until your new account is established on the FFCOCU data processing system and you activate your new FFCOCU debit card.

If you have any recurring payments made using your existing Monarch debit card (i.e., Netflix, Verizon, DP&L, etc.), you will need to update those accounts with the new MasterCard information (New account number, Expiration date, etc.) once you receive the new FFCOCU debit card.

When will my new debit card arrive and how do I activate it?

The default PIN on the new cards will be the cardholder’s birth year. You may change this PIN at any time, by either using an ATM that allows you to change a PIN, or by contacting us at 937-228-1614. You may also activate this card by following the instructions included with the card, or, again, by calling us.

When can I start using my new FFCOCU debit card?

What is my daily limit on my new debit card? How do I change it?

These limits are separate, so you may make Point of Sale purchases of $500.00 and still additionally withdrawal $500.00 from an ATM using your debit card. You are always able to request temporary limit increases on a day-to-day basis by contacting us at the credit union branch. We are also able to do permanent limit increases, upon request, of up to $1,000.00 per day. Permanent increases are subject to approval based on average daily balances in your accounts with FFCOCU.

Once you receive your ATM/Debit card, use your PIN number you requested on the form to activate the card at an ATM or call us at 937-228-1614 to activate your card. Debit cards are tied to a checking account only. If you would like to use your ATM/Debit card as a debit card, you can open a checking account with the FFCOCU and request debit access from your checking.
