DC Quick Pay

Introducing DC Quick Pay. Use your non–Firefighters & Company FCU debit card to make a loan payment or deposit funds into your account for a low processing fee of $5.95 per transaction.

To get started, you need your other financial institution’s debit card (not your Firefighters & Company Federal Credit Union debit card—you can make a loan payment or deposit money into your existing account online or by calling us for free). Once you have the debit card information you want to use, decide whether you are making a loan payment or a deposit.

To make a loan payment
  1. Log in to online banking.
  2. Go to Transactions, then Loan Payment, then Make Loan Payment.
  3. From the drop-down, under Choose From, select Card-to-Account.
  4. Enter your debit card number (full number, expiration date, and CVC).
  5. Under Pay to:, choose which loan you are paying from the drop-down.
  6. Enter the dollar amount and click Make Payment.
To make a deposit
  1. Log in to online banking.
  2. Go to Transactions, then Transfer.
  3. Choose Card-to-Account.
  4. Enter your debit card number (full number, expiration date, and CVC).
  5. Choose which of your accounts at the credit union will receive the deposit using Transfer to:.
  6. Enter the amount and a memo, then click Transfer.

If you want to avoid the fee, consider setting up an ACH deposit to your account, or an ACH loan payment. Contact the financial institution you are transferring from and provide your account number and savings or checking (for a deposit). For a loan payment, provide your account number and loan number. You can also write a check (may be subject to holds), or if you already have funds here, transfer between your accounts or to your loans using online banking or by phone at 937-228-1614 for free.
